- Provides day to day leadership of a multi-site driver fleet.
- Supervises direct reports and a fleet of drivers to ensure the fleet operates within DOT guidelines and follows company policy.
- Staffs and develops the fleet operations to maintain safety, on-time delivery and driver efficiency while exceeding financial targets.
- Supports multi-site initiatives to improve our customers business.
- Continually improves all aspects of the assigned areas.

Logistics Coordinator
- Conduct employee training sessions on subjects such as employee orientation, safety and policy
- Ensure ELD (Rand Mcnally) compliance and management are met per FMSCA.
- Direct activities related to fleet management, in-bound and out-bound.
- Provides direct operational strategies while delivering company products to customer base while maintaining excellent customer service

Dry Van Coordinator
Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to Associates on proper Customer service approaches and techniques to ensure Customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within Company guidelines and standards.

Driver Manager
- Provides a good working relationship with assigned drivers
- Monitors service, track and trace to manage on time pick-up and delivery
- Proactively communicate with customers in regard to service delays and general questions
